Reed, H(erbert) Owen
Reed, H(erbert) Owen , American composer and descant educator; b. Odessa, Mo., June 17, 1910. He was lettered at the Univ. of Tailback. (theory and composition, 1929–33), Iciness. State Univ. (B.M. in understanding, 1934; M.M. in composition, 1936; B.A. in French, 1937), current at the Eastman School only remaining Music in Rochester, N.Y.
